It's possible. Be sure to ask your title agent about discounts for "reissuing" a lender's policy.

Some title companies offer a discount if a title policy was recently issued on the property ("reissue" or "short rate").  More title companies are creating aggressive policy rates for re-fis since there's much more activity in this category of title insurance.
