What LOS technology partners are you collaborating with and when will changes be available for testing?
ClosingCorp is collaborating with some of the largest LOS providers as well as many proprietary systems to ensure systems readiness come August 1, 2015. A few of the providers currently in testing and/or implementation include: Calyx®, Black Knight™ Empower, Ellie Mae® Encompass, MortgageBuilder, Questsoft and Savana Inc. (formerly FIS LOS).
We encourage you to contact your LOS for their testing and implementation plan as many are making concurrent changes outside of ClosingCorp. In the meantime, you can view existing changes, such as the fee mapping and itemization features, in ClosingCorp’s web-enabled solution. With the many nuances of TRID, what are the benefits of accessing ClosingCorp solutions via an LOS?
Seamless integration between an LOS and the ClosingCorp rates and fees engine will keep data accurate, and per your company policy. Additionally, working within your LOS will provide lenders with a historical audit trail of data provided to consumers as required under the new regulations.
