Bob Jennings is the Chief Executive Officer for ClosingCorp, the leading provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technology for the mortgage and real estate services industries. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of the ClosingCorp business. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Jennings was executive vice president of RealEC® Technologies a division of Black Knight Financial Services, the industry leader in web-based technology solutions designed to support lenders’ loan quality programs, minimize loan repurchase risk and drive efficiencies in the mortgage transaction process. During his tenure, RealEC streamlined operations and grew revenues exponentially, moving from a niche player in 2006 to an industry utility leveraged by the top mortgage lenders in the U.S. Jennings began his career with IBM Corporation in finance before moving into sales and sales management. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.
James Bolger serves as the chief financial officer for ClosingCorp. Bolger is responsible for the company’s financial affairs including fiscal reporting, budget planning, capital financing and shaping strategy to capture profitable growth. He also oversees the company’s real estate, procurement, administration and human resources functions. Bolger brings over a decade of experience in leading the financial and operations organizations of public and private companies with ten years specifically in the mortgage finance industry. Prior to ClosingCorp, James was vice president & CFO of PTI Marketing Technologies, a provider offering a cloud based intelligent marketing solution, where he was responsible for all aspects of financial operations, including mergers and acquisitions, tax and treasury. Prior to PTI Marketing Technologies, Jim served as a senior leader of corporate financial planning with Accredited Home Lenders, a publically traded mortgage finance company that experienced exceptional growth as well as GreenPoint Credit Corp. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance as well as a master’s in business administration.

Craig Austin is executive vice president of sales and business development for ClosingCorp. In this role, he is responsible for leading the sales organization, developing customer acquisition strategies and building and maintaining relationships with leading loan origination systems and industry settlement service portals. Austin incorporates his product and solution knowledge to help increase efficiencies within the entire real estate ecosystem including mortgage lenders, title and settlement service providers, closing attorneys, real estate service providers, regulators, technology providers and others. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Austin was Vice President of Sales at RealEC® Technologies a division of Black Knight Financial Services, the industry leader in web-based technology solutions designed to support lenders’ loan quality programs, minimize loan repurchase risk and drive efficiencies in the mortgage transaction process. During his six-year tenure at RealEC, he was primarily responsible for sales and consulting engagements with the top-tier lenders. During this time, the company achieved the record for most sales and highest client retention rate. Craig graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Managerial and Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Christine (“Chris”) Boring joined ClosingCorp in 2021 as Chief Product Officer. She is responsible for defining and executing the vision and direction of the company’s product portfolio to rapidly grow sales, customer engagement and retention. Boring will also be responsible for designing new solutions for the industry’s current challenges while positioning ClosingCorp for the market’s future demands. With nearly 30 years’ experience, Boring came to ClosingCorp from Black Knight Financial. There, she was the senior vice president of Product Management overseeing Black Knight’s Exchange technology as well as the Ernst Fee Service. Earlier in her career, she was the sales consulting manager where she led the team responsible for defining and implementing innovative client solutions. She began her career at Stewart Title where she was a client delivery manager. Boring is a graduate from University of Texas Arlington and operates out of Houston, Texas.
Gerardo Caceres is the chief operating officer for ClosingCorp. He is responsible for the company’s overall operations while further enhancing the company’s data and information management strategy. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Caceres was the senior vice president of Service Delivery and Account Management at RealEC Technologies / Black Knight Financial Services where he was responsible for driving relationship management and strategic initiatives with top-tier clients. Before joining Black Knight, Caceres held a series of executive positions at Bank of America, most recently as senior vice president of Title Strategy and National Title Platform (NTP). In this role, he was responsible for providing title and closing services to Bank of America home loan originations through the NTP, a managed network of title and closing providers. Caceres graduated from Lancaster University with a Master’s in information management and Bachelor’s in management information systems.
Carol Crawford is the chief marketing officer at ClosingCorp. In this role, Crawford works closely with management to define strategy, tactics, and programs designed to increase awareness, interest and demand for ClosingCorp and its products. Prior to working at ClosingCorp, Crawford developed and implemented marketing and brand strategies for CoreLogic, Inc., focused on business development, market research, and creative direction. She also managed the day-to-day activities of the internal marketing team. Crawford began her career in real estate developing corporate awards and recognition programs for Century-21 and Coldwell Banker before moving to Kogei American, a marketing and advertising agency in the automotive space. Following that experience, Crawford spent time as the sales and marketing director at Scantron Corporation where she honed her skills into becoming an award-winning solution sales executive. Crawford earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
Dori Daganhardt is the chief data officer for ClosingCorp. She is responsible for elevating the company’s data strategy, specifically expanding the data and predictive analytics offerings. Daganhardt brings more than 20 years of industry experience in leading the development and delivery of strategic market solutions. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Daganhardt was a consultant focused on helping companies develop data driven cultures and executing practical product marketing strategies. Earlier, Daganhardt was the vice president of Product and Market Strategy for the data and analytics division of Black Knight, Inc. Daganhardt has also held several executive positions at CoreLogic, including general manager, analytic products for RP Data in Sydney Australia. Daganhardt holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from American University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University.
Dan Mugge is the chief technology officer for ClosingCorp. Reporting directly to the CEO, his primary role is focused on leading the company’s technology strategy and development teams and directing the company’s customer-focused digital transformation which brings speed and simplicity to the mortgage origination process. With a proven track record in developing and executing successful product and technology strategies, Mugge drives and maintains process definition and improvement while satisfying customer requirements and revenue targets. Dan rejoined ClosingCorp after departing in 2016 for Black Knight where he was senior vice president of Lending Solutions Product Management. There, he was responsible for the strategic planning, development and promotion of Black Knight’s API marketplace platform. Prior to Black Knight, Mugge held various senior technology roles with CoreLogic and First American. Mugge has held, business development and business leadership roles including supporting operations, creating strategic initiatives, leading business transformation efforts and integrating several large joint ventures. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor’s degree in physics as well as a master’s in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of Minnesota.
Staffan is the Chief Executive Officer of Allegro Investment, Inc., managing partner of the Allegro Investment Fund, L.P., a limited partnership organized in the Cayman Islands with approximately $500 million under management. Allegro primarily invests in private companies in varying stages of development, from start-ups to established businesses. Allegro’s investments are in a broad range of industries and geographical areas, with a primary focus in the U.S., Far East and Europe.
Staffan has actively led investments in and the operation of a variety of companies for over 25 years. Staffan is currently Chairman of AnaMar AB, Sweden, ClosingCorp Inc., USA, Alestra Ltd., UK and Koncentra Holding AB, Sweden, and a director of Accolab Ltd., Normaction SAS, Main Street Broadband LLC, and several other companies. He has previously worked at ASEA AB, Sweden (now ABB Ltd.), as its deputy General Counsel 1979-1981, as Finance Manager 1981-1984, and during 1984-1990 in Switzerland and the UK as Business Area manager responsible for ABB’s Commodity Trading and Counter Trading group. Prior to this, Staffan worked at Skandia Insurance Co, Sweden as its General Counsel and in private law practice. Staffan holds a law degree (Magna cum Laude) from Uppsala University, Sweden.
Annemaria Allen has an extensive background in the mortgage lending industry. Ms. Allen served for several years as senior management in compliance for a top industry leader on high loan to value products and Title I loans. Ms. Allen is currently the President/CEO of The Compliance Group, Inc. a consulting firm out of San Marcos California specializing in Multi-State Compliance, FHA audits, Quality Assurance and Federal regulations. In addition, The Compliance Group performs Multi-State Licensing, FHA licensing, GSE licensing, SAFE Act guidance and licensing maintenance through their patent pending state of the art LicenseTracker system. Ms. Allen’s past experience includes working for several multibillion dollar mortgage lending companies, Wall Street investment firms and national banks in leading rolls such as Chief Compliance Officer, equity research analyst in the top 15 stocks in the United States, appraising, underwriting, processing and funding.
John is a partner in McNellis Partners, based in Palo Alto and Sacramento, CA, which he co-founded in 1982. McNellis Partners is a commercial real estate development firm with a primary emphasis on redeveloping shopping centers, retail and office buildings which often occupy prominent places in their respective communities. The firm works on a limited number of new projects and emphasizes cooperative relationships with all interested parties involved in the development process.
John serves on the national Board of Trustees for the Urban Land Institute, and is also a Governor of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”). He sits on the national Board of Directors for Outward Bound USA and the board of directors of Rebuilding Together Peninsula. He is a former board member of Lambda Alpha International (Golden Gate Chapter) and the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.
John is also a monthly columnist for the Registry Magazine and, on occasion, lectures for the ULI, the ICSC, and Stanford’s schools of business and law.

As a successful entrepreneur with a background in strategic business development, Shayne Skaff is dedicated to guiding emerging technology companies to expedite growth and achieve their goals. From productizing and commercializing business offerings, to providing marketing, sales and overall operational counsel, Shayne brings nearly two decades of experience to Mooring Ventures. In 2004, he co-founded MaintenanceNet, Inc., using the business challenges he saw taking place in the market as the inspiration behind the company’s technology platform. As MaintenanceNet’s president, Shayne led global sales, business expansion strategies, finance and operations until the company was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2015. Prior to MaintenanceNet, Shayne held senior sales roles with various technology companies including Avnet Enterprise Solutions, Supercom and Globel.
Peter Presland-Byrne is the founder of a full services technology firm that helps clients achieve tangible results from their technology investments. Before devoting his work fulltime to Hammerhead Technology, he served in C level roles for large organizations including Bank of America and Freddie Mac, while his career spans 30 years of global technology delivery, the past 20 have been focused on financial services innovation in mortgage and real estate technology. Peter has received industry recognition for his work in modernization, digitization, technology business management, data management, and cultural innovation efforts on which he has spoken at industry and academic venues.
Peter resides in Florida with his family and shares their passion about environmental and wildlife causes. Peter serves on the board of the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge and is an advisor to several early stage startups.
