Bob Jennings is the Chief Executive Officer for ClosingCorp, the leading provider of residential real estate closing cost data and technology for the mortgage and real estate services industries. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of the ClosingCorp business. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Jennings was executive vice president of RealEC® Technologies a division of Black Knight Financial Services, the industry leader in web-based technology solutions designed to support lenders’ loan quality programs, minimize loan repurchase risk and drive efficiencies in the mortgage transaction process. During his tenure, RealEC streamlined operations and grew revenues exponentially, moving from a niche player in 2006 to an industry utility leveraged by the top mortgage lenders in the U.S. Jennings began his career with IBM Corporation in finance before moving into sales and sales management. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.
James Bolger serves as the chief financial officer for ClosingCorp. Bolger is responsible for the company’s financial affairs including fiscal reporting, budget planning, capital financing and shaping strategy to capture profitable growth. He also oversees the company’s real estate, procurement, administration and human resources functions. Bolger brings over a decade of experience in leading the financial and operations organizations of public and private companies with ten years specifically in the mortgage finance industry. Prior to ClosingCorp, James was vice president & CFO of PTI Marketing Technologies, a provider offering a cloud based intelligent marketing solution, where he was responsible for all aspects of financial operations, including mergers and acquisitions, tax and treasury. Prior to PTI Marketing Technologies, Jim served as a senior leader of corporate financial planning with Accredited Home Lenders, a publically traded mortgage finance company that experienced exceptional growth as well as GreenPoint Credit Corp. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance as well as a master’s in business administration.
Kamel Boulos serves as chief technology officer for ClosingCorp. In this role, he leads the company’s technology strategy and development teams in engineering applications, technology infrastructure initiatives as well as internal business systems.Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Boulos was chief information officer (CIO) for the American Mortgage Network, where he oversaw all information technology functions, including infrastructure, software development, and telecommunications. He also previously served as CIO for Lyonwell Technologies and Homefield Financial. Boulos is a mortgage industry veteran, with nearly two decades of information technology leadership success. His key accomplishments include the implementation of many enterprise-class loan origination systems, the development of high performing, scalable software, building secure infrastructure, and the creation and execution of an enterprise data management strategy to handle millions of mortgage banking records. Kamel earned his degree in business administration and management information systems from California State University, Long Beach, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional.
Carol Crawford, Senior Vice President, Marketing Communications
Carol Crawford is the senior vice president of marketing at ClosingCorp. In this role, Crawford works closely with management to define strategy, tactics, and programs designed to increase awareness, interest and demand for ClosingCorp and its products. Prior to working at ClosingCorp, Crawford developed and implemented marketing and brand strategies for CoreLogic, Inc., focused on business development, market research, and creative direction. She also managed the day-to-day activities of the internal marketing team. Crawford began her career in real estate developing corporate awards and recognition programs for Century-21 and Coldwell Banker before moving to Kogei American, a marketing and advertising agency in the automotive space. Following that experience, Crawford spent time as the sales and marketing director at Scantron Corporation where she honed her skills into becoming an award-winning solution sales executive. Crawford earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Craig Austin, Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Craig Austin is senior vice president of sales and business development for ClosingCorp. In this role, he is responsible for leading the sales organization, developing customer acquisition strategies and building and maintaining relationships with leading loan origination systems and industry settlement service portals. Austin incorporates his product and solution knowledge to help increase efficiencies within the entire real estate ecosystem including mortgage lenders, title and settlement service providers, closing attorneys, real estate service providers, regulators, technology providers and others. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Austin was Vice President of Sales at RealEC® Technologies a division of Black Knight Financial Services, the industry leader in web-based technology solutions designed to support lenders’ loan quality programs, minimize loan repurchase risk and drive efficiencies in the mortgage transaction process. During his six-year tenure at RealEC, he was primarily responsible for sales and consulting engagements with the top-tier lenders. During this time, the company achieved the record for most sales and highest client retention rate. Craig graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Managerial and Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Gerardo Caceres, Senior Vice President, Product Management & Data Operations
Gerardo Caceres is the Senior Vice President of Data Operations & Product Management for ClosingCorp. He is responsible for determining the overall strategic direction and tactical execution for all products and further enhancing the company’s data and information management strategy. Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Caceres was the senior vice president of Service Delivery and Account Management at RealEC Technologies / Black Knight Financial Services where he was responsible for driving relationship management and strategic initiatives with top-tier clients. Before joining Black Knight, Caceres held a series of executive positions at Bank of America, most recently as senior vice president of Title Strategy and National Title Platform (NTP). In this role, he was responsible for providing title and closing services to Bank of America home loan originations through the NTP, a managed network of title and closing providers. Caceres graduated from Lancaster University with a Master’s in information management and Bachelor’s in management information systems.
Staffan is the Chief Executive Officer of Allegro Investment, Inc., managing partner of the Allegro Investment Fund, L.P., a limited partnership organized in the Cayman Islands with approximately $500 million under management. Allegro primarily invests in private companies in varying stages of development, from start-ups to established businesses. Allegro’s investments are in a broad range of industries and geographical areas, with a primary focus in the U.S., Far East and Europe.
Staffan has actively led investments in and the operation of a variety of companies for over 25 years. Staffan is currently Chairman of AnaMar AB, Sweden, ClosingCorp Inc., USA, Alestra Ltd., UK and Koncentra Holding AB, Sweden, and a director of Accolab Ltd., Normaction SAS, Main Street Broadband LLC, and several other companies. He has previously worked at ASEA AB, Sweden (now ABB Ltd.), as its deputy General Counsel 1979-1981, as Finance Manager 1981-1984, and during 1984-1990 in Switzerland and the UK as Business Area manager responsible for ABB’s Commodity Trading and Counter Trading group. Prior to this, Staffan worked at Skandia Insurance Co, Sweden as its General Counsel and in private law practice. Staffan holds a law degree (Magna cum Laude) from Uppsala University, Sweden.
John is a partner in McNellis Partners, based in Palo Alto and Sacramento, CA, which he co-founded in 1982. McNellis Partners is a commercial real estate development firm with a primary emphasis on redeveloping shopping centers, retail and office buildings which often occupy prominent places in their respective communities. The firm works on a limited number of new projects and emphasizes cooperative relationships with all interested parties involved in the development process.
John serves on the national Board of Trustees for the Urban Land Institute, and is also a Governor of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”). He sits on the national Board of Directors for Outward Bound USA and the board of directors of Rebuilding Together Peninsula. He is a former board member of Lambda Alpha International (Golden Gate Chapter) and the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.
John is also a monthly columnist for the Registry Magazine and, on occasion, lectures for the ULI, the ICSC, and Stanford’s schools of business and law.
John is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Hastings College of The Law.
